New Image Group Shutters And Blinds

I recently had some shutters installed by New Image Shutters and am very pleased with the quality of the product. Ivano met the timelines he gave me and installed the shutters promptly and professionally. I am really pleased with my dealings with this company and will be recommending them to others.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ivano. My son recommended him after he had some shutters installed during renovations. He was honest, professional and very punctual. We had previously spent thousands on roller shades from the Linen Chest which were useless from day 1, considering we have a west facing condo. I found Ivano on homestars and gave him a call because of his rating. He returned my call promptly and came exactly when he said to give us an estimate and suggestions. We really didn't know what we wanted to do to replace our old curtains, but he made suggestions to match our décor. We were not disappointed. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. The results are beautiful and really updated our décor after painting the main floor. We would definitely call Ivano again.

I found New Image Group on the Homestars site, read the reviews and gave Ivano a call. He was very prompt in making an appointment to see me and gave me good suggestions for the issues I was concerned about. We needed to keep out the light from coming in to our bedroom from a nearby streetlamp, He suggested room darkening blinds which are working very well. He also made good suggestions for our living and dining rooms blinds to give us privacy but still let in some light. In the kitchen I was concerned about a large south facing window which makes the room very hot in the summer, Ivano showed me a sunscreen blind which he said would cut down the glare and heat from the sun.
I placed the order which was filled in about three weeks. We set up a date for the installation . The dining room blinds were not cut correctly at the factory so Ivano took them back and returned the following week to install them.
I found Ivano to be prompt, courteous and professional. He dealt with the problem blinds immediately and apologized for the factory's error.
The quality of the products is very good and I have placed another order for the remainder of the windows in my house. I would highly recommend this company. Ivano was a pleasure to deal with and his customer service is excellent.

Had shutters installed on the main floor and second floor of house and they are beautiful! Ivano is super knowledgeable really helped me in deciding on the style that would best suit my home. Turn around was quick and installation was super quick. Will definitely be calling Ivano back when we replace the older windows.

After receiving quote for shutters from several company, I did a search on HomeStars and found the New Image Group Shutters & Blinds.
My wife and daughter spoke with Ivano on the initial quotes. They were pretty impressed with his knowledge. He drop-by later that day as promise to speak with me.
