Dealing with Ivano was excellent! He couldn't be more professional and friendly. My blinds look fantastic, they're easy to use and worth every penny. I renovated my whole house (put them in every room) and I've had more compliments on my new sleek blinds than anything else. I couldn't be more satisfied with new image groups product and service!
