I am very impressed. The crew (I’m sorry now that I didn’t get their names) had great attention to detail and took pride in their work. I had the chimney pointed, a deteriorating brick replaced, and the old milk box bricked in. Great care was taken to match the bricks on the rest of the house, and it is really difficult to see where the replacement bricks were placed. Great customer service right from my initial conversation and meeting with Robert G., Robert’s follow-up call after the work was completed, the crew, and the staff in the accounting office.

From the moment we called Avenue Road Masonry they were extremely professional and was able to send us a quote to repair our brick chimney within 24 hours. We are very happy with the end product and would definitely use them for any future work.

Robert and his team took pictures of the work that needed to be done and again when the work was completed. They explained in detail what had to be done. They were extremely professional. They arrived when they said they would be there. I would readily call them if I needed their services or recommend them to anyone else.

We needed some brick work and parging done around our home. Robert was very prompt in responding to our questions and when we'd decided to go with Avenue Road Masonry he continued to take care of every aspect of the job. They arrive on time do a full day's work. They have great respect for the customer and clean up the worksite at the end of each day. They had to rebuild the back wall for a patio door and a large window and replace some old brickwork .
