5 people came to replace my shingles. They worked efficiently and methodically. A few minor issues arose but after flagging to Stephen, he addressed them quickly amd exceeding my expectations. Even days after the completion of the work, they were ready and eager to send someone on some follow up items.

The 10 year guarantee provides a peace of mind and while this may be an industry standard, A+ appears established enough (e.g. 2x brick and motar locations) that I have some confidence they will be around for the 10 years.

From start to quick finish, the job was excellent. Fast. Quality work. The crew was excellent. Stephen was amazing. Professional. Courteous. Diligent. My only issue was they failed to inform me that they would need a power outlet. A very minor thing and one could argue that the customer might just assume that, but a contractor should not assume anything. I only bring it up because I had to go to the site to rectify it. I would recommend A+. Their name really does describe the quality and service they provide.

I called A+ to get a quote. The gentleman I dealt with was friendly and sent me sample ideas and colours right away. Sent a quote with options and took the time to explain things. He was flexible with install timelines and we are very happy with the finished product. Looks amazing!

I was offered a 10 year labour warranty. However, as shingles fell off, I called to ask about this several times and there was no reply. I also tried emailing and calling the sales rep directly, also no reply.
