Stephen went above and beyond what I was expecting! Friendly and great to work with. His report covered every system in the home with pictures and detailed descriptions. Stephen worked around my schedule to get me the report right away.

Kelk Inspections was professional and thorough in every way. Kelk worked hard to provide us with a detailed understanding of the property we were intending to purchase. They were thorough while at the site, taking pictures and explaining issues every step along the way. We were provided with a very detailed 150 page report of the inspection, which outlined all issues or concerns that we might want to address. Photographs and diagrams were also added for clarification. Kelk Inspections helped put our mind at ease when purchasing our new home. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to provide their customer with all the information necessary. I would definitely recommend them!

Called Kelk home inspectors to inspect a new property that I was interested in purchasing. Stephen came out and spent approximately 5.5 hours on inspecting this home from top to bottom. I never seen such passion and detail go into an inspection. With his back ground in construction Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some very helpful tips. He was able to find things that I would never have even thought of looking at. The next day I had the completed report in my hand. I would highly recommend Kelk Inspections if you need a home inspector that takes pride in his job.

As a first-time buyer, I was very excited to find a house I loved. On the other hand, I was keenly aware of how little I knew, and how easily I could be taken advantage of.
Our inspector from Kelk Inspections was so genuine in nature, and thorough in his task, it put me completely at ease. In addition to what I learned on site, he prepared an incredibly thorough report that really opened my eyes beyond what we were able to see / hear during the inspection. It enabled me to make an informed decision that I was comfortable with, and confident in.

The work they put into it was clear. It was not a cookie-cutter fill-in-the-blank report, and I was very appreciative of the attention to detail that was provided. I feel they went beyond the expected standard for this type of job.

A less detailed report, and I easily would have bought a money pit.

We recently had a home inspection done by Kelk Inspections....Unlike many of the inspectors out there, Kelk Inspections were very thorough and detailed. I feel like we really got our monies worth. The report was very detailed using photos to mark the areas of the house which will need repair or upgrading. The report was able to help us decide whether we should go ahead and make the purchase...It was our first home purchase and we are very happy with our decision to go with Kelk Inspections!!!
