Jeff came to our house to fix a burst pipe on our sump pump; he did an amazing job.

I had a problem with a leaking toilet, as well as a loose kitchen faucet. Jeff from the Great Plumbing Company was thorough in his assessment of the problems, taking me through the issues and possible issues step by step. His estimate was clear and he was careful to make sure I understood the possibilities that might lead to further costs if he started the work. Luckily there were no unanticipated problems, and Jeff completed the work professionally and quickly -- fixing my leaking toilet, replacing the floor gasket, as well as properly anchoring the kitchen faucet. At my request he replaced the faucet with a very nice Moen model. All in all it was very professional, while remaining relaxed and easy. I would definitely call this company again if I had any plumbing issues.

Jeff initially came to our home on an emergency basis to clear a blockage that had caused our basement to flood. He cleared it and also ascertained that the principal cause was likely an issue on city property.
Jeff worked with us to help us navigate complexities of having the city deal with the problem - while it isn’t yet resolved, we are very grateful to Jeff for his professionalism, expertise, and in depth knowledge of how the city operates.
Additionally, our floor clean out had been covered over when the basement was finished and Jeff located it for us with minimal damage caused in the process.

Jeff showed up at our house on time at the appointed time. He quickly identified the cause of the leak of the ceiling of our washroom on the ground floor. He provided us with a written estimate of the necessary work that needed to be done to rectify the problem. After giving my approval to proceed with the work as identified in the estimate, he quickly went to work. The work was completed professionally in a timely manner. It was a real pleasure dealing with Jeff. My wife and I are very pleased with his work, and we have no hesitation to recommend him to others requiring his services.

Needed to have an old rusted faucet replaced. Jeff made the whole job look easy: from booking the appointment on line, showing up on time, to the job itself.
