I contacted The Great Plumbing Co to fix my leaky kitchen sink. Jeff promptly got back to me and was able to schedule a service visit for the next day. Jeff arrived on time, and was highly courteous and professional throughout the visit. He quickly determined the issue and then made all needed repairs. I am pleased with my experience and would hire Jeff for future plumbing needs - thanks again!

This company is the only one I call for any plumbing issues. I called on Monday and Jeff came Tuesday and replaced the water faucets. Professional and efficient. Jobsite clean.

I called the company on Wednesday and Jeff arrived early the next day to make the repair on a leaking shower head. He was courteous and fixed the problem in a short time.He has repaired other leaky faucets in the basement and installed a new Toto toilet in the past in my home.Always efficient and tidy!! I can always count on this company to get the work done!!

Jeff was super knowledgeable and helpful when he arrived to our condo. He gave us great advice and helped us communicate whose responsibility it was for our plumbing issue at hand. We needed to replace an existing faucet in our laundry room. The plumber we had used previously told us that due to the configuration of our current stainless steel laundry tub, we would have to purchase a new tub since there was no way he could install a new faucet on our existing one.
We decided to try The Great Plumbing Co based on Home Starrs reviews. Jeff came out and although the job took some time he was able to install a new faucet and replace two pop-ups in our bathrooms.
Jeff answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. He was very professional and courteous and we are very satisfied with the
results.

Jeff fixed a toilet a year ago and put in a new diverted for our tub today. Hes very knowledgeable personable and honest with quoting expectations and knows what hes talking about and doing. Highly recommend.
