The Great Plumbing Co is professional and highly efficient from your first phone call through to the completion of the work. The communication and advice are excellent. On Jeff’s first visit he quickly fixed the dripping bath faucet and the running toilet, and gave us a quote for the basement laundry faucets all on christmas eve too! He then returned promptly on the day of the next scheduled appointment to replace the laundry faucets. His work is excellent, clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to have Jeff in our home. Thank you.

Jeff used his detective skills to find a very small pinpoint leak in a pipe. It was replaced and all was fixed in no time. Jeff was polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. A stressful situation for us was professionally looked after.

Jeff Wright is a brilliant plumber. A leak from our bathroom was coming through the kitchen ceiling below. It was from the plumbing for the bathroom sink but I could not see where it was coming from. Jeff quickly spotted the source - an extremely hard to see hairline crack in the copper pipe. That comes from years of experience and applying an analytical mind to problem solving. The day before, a plumber from a large plumbing company had diagnosed the problem as a drain leak, not the copper pipe, said that the kitchen ceiling would have to be cut open to do the work and all the plumbing replaced, at a cost more than 4x what Jeff quoted. When the leak persisted despite us not using the sink, I knew he was wrong about it being a drain problem. Jeff did the work immediately, appreciating the difficulty the leak was causing for us. I expected that the cabinet would have to be removed (and probably damaged in the process). Jeff saved us that problem and expense by cutting a small opening in the floor of the cabinet, soldering in a ridiculously cramped space. No question who I am calling the next time I have a plumbing problem! Definitely the Great Plumbing Co.!

Jeff was on time and friendly when he arrived. We have a dog and he was even friendly with the dog!!
