Our kitchen sink was leaking badly and the plumbing was deteriorated.
We also had a broken faucet (cheap garbage from home builder).

The experience was great, I booked online and instantly received a text message confirming appointment and also, how to cancel if having second thoughts.
I got additional text messages during the morning of advising Jeff was on his way and followup messages afterwards. Having an experience with strong communication & reliability was of course, a great first impression.
Jeff was great to talk to, highly experienced & knowledgeable. He was straight up on costs and on expectations. In the end, our kitchen sink is in much better condition!
