Tried myself for four days to unclog the kitchen drain using off-the-shelf chemicals and hand-crank snaking tool. But it all ended in defeat. Made a call to The Great Plumbing Company and they were able to fit me in the next day. I thought I was only getting a quote. Jeff arrived ready to work. After a quick inspection of the issue he presented the cost before proceeding. In fact, both Jeff and reception (when calling the main number) were transparent about expectations, so there were no surprises. My house is fully sealed in drywall, so there's no easy access to exposed pipes. Fortunately we did not need to take extreme measures and was able to clear up the clogs (yes, multiple), where the only entry point was under the sink. Everything was done within the hour, including inspection through to cleanup. Jeff is very friendly, courteous and professional. He even asked if it was ok to send this request for review before sending it.
