This happened a few weeks ago on the long weekend at the cottage. Emergency septic problem. Sewage pump failure. Cottage loaded with many family and guests. And even though Tyler was on vacation he still managed to arrange an emergency visit with his colleague Mike. We needed a plumber to replace our well foot valve. They were professional and on time. Very polite . Tidy and clean. The cement well cover had to be removed and a ladder put in to disconnect the line and repair the valve. We had no water or pressure so we were happy to get things repaired. We spent about 1400 as we updated the jet pump too. Repair done July 2023. Highly recommend.

Our septic was blocked and Tyler talked us through how to unclog it after we couldnt get a hold of the septic company we normally used, all on the Sunday of the long weekend. We were about to pack up to leave but Tyler saved us. Its working now and we will for sure have him take care of our septic from now on. Great service.
