I had a flooding emergency late on Friday night at my cottage in Muskoka Lakes where it is notoriously hard to find service technicians at the best of times let alone late on a weekend. I called Drain Right Now. Tyler responded to my call and was able to diagnose my problem quickly with some back and forth and some pictures sent via text. The issue was my filtration system backwash was clogging the drain and had flooded the basement. Tyler was able to talk me through putting my filter on bypass which allowed me to turn the water back on safely and solved the issue temporarily. We were able to enjoy the weekend! Monday - his technician Jamie came in and resolved the clog successfully.

We had a new kitchen counters installed and we had pre-arranged for someone to come the following morning to hook up the plumbing. They cancelled and we were left without a kitchen.

Installed a new sump pump, cleaned the sump pit, unclogged the storm drain and Installed a new drain pipe and fixtures. Work done to a very high quality and on budget.
