Drain Right Now was provided very good service. They came out on a holiday Monday. The communication was excellent and they kept us updated as to their arrival time. They provided all of our options for repairing the leak and went above and beyond what we expected. I would strongly recommend this company.

We had bought a island cottage, just in time to clean up the cottage and the surrounding property. The season was quickly coming to a close and we needed to winterize the cottage. The number of plumbers that would travel to an island were very low. I was pleased to see that "Drain RIght Now" specializes in many forms of plumbing. I called Tyler via his web contact number and told him about our situation. New cottage owners, on an island and the need to get this done quickly due to the changing weather. Tyler booked us for a set date. We had an emergency, and Tyler worked hard to reschedule. Mike arrived at the dock and we brought him over to the island. Mike was excellent and very knowledgeable. The company was understanding, quick to respond and very accommodating. I would be pleased the recommend Tyler and Mike . They are very busy, yet they made time for us and the cottage

Long weekend, sewer drain became blocked and flooding started in basement. Tyler responded right away and was able to come by asap to unblock and record video of the issue to submit to the city.
