Just bought a new home and our inspector told us that the Sump Pump was out of order, though he didn't know if it was still working or not (absolute expert, however as he is from outside of Barrie, he does less than 3 inspections a year, with houses that have a Sump Pump). My wife called Tyler, he was super upfront and helpful and the second he arrived on the scene, he saw the issue and that was a full Sump Pump replacement, as the one we had, had a seized motor (not to mention, it was an old, cheap, plastic one).

Tyler replaced the Pump with a superior quality one, cut a new pipe and the job was done in around 23 minutes. Super appreciative for his expertise and attention to detail, great personality and great advice as well; will definitely use for future issues as well.

Tyler and Zach did great work on my parents home! Explanations were detailed and made sense. Tyler understood certain decisions that we were making and without judgement recommended the best way to accomplish them. Communication was easy and one of the most responsive from all contractors that i have ever experienced. Most importantly there was an accident(not at fault) that occurred at the end of the reno and i was impressed to see Tyler and Zach take on the responsibility to fix the situation. Having plumbing problems it’s never fun, the prospect of how much the repairs will cost, and choosing a company to do the work can be a stressful prospect. I had a situation arise that could have resulted in the sump pump burning out, creating a fire, or a flood in the basement, goodness know. These days it is rare to deal with a company where customer service matters; where doing the job right with honesty and integrity are paramount. Our sump pump was not functioning, From the first conversation with Tyler there was a comfort level that Drain Right Now was the right company to call. On short notice the technician, Zach, was at our door, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Zach was personable, genuinely cared about the job he was doing and knows his stuff. He explained everything in terms we could understand and his customer service was exemplary.

Our old house has always had issues with water collecting in the basement. Tyler & Zach were able to help offer possible solutions, all while explaining to me why it was all happening - and in terms I could understand. They were able to give us a few options - and as young homeowners, I could not value that more. Fast response and had someone on site only a short time later. 5/5, would strongly recommend. We'll be using them again - but hopefully not for emergency stuff next time :)
