Duke's Plumbing

We renovated our kitchen which included moving the island, adding a water line to our fridge and a waterline to our stove for a pot filler. First someone came to review the scope of work, then Justin came a week or so later to complete the rough in and he was awesome. He was kind and knowledgeable. Once our countertops went in I asked when he would be back as I was so anxious to have a functioning sink and he showed up the next day! Had no issues dealing with my big dog (no one was home we just gave him the door code) and he plumbed in our Kinetico R/O instead of us paying Trail $250 to do it!
I would definitely recommend Dukes, their plumbers are knowledgeable, respectful and kind and their prices are exactly as one would expect.

Randy has worked on a major emergency job for my residential building, and Rob worked on a minor faucet replacement in my unit. Both jobs required some thinking outside of the box and were completed well. I have always received prompt responses and Randy is a very fair and accommodating professional.

Randy and his crew are great. We have used them twice now and have been very happy with their work and prices. He was able to give us a great quote and he fit us in quickly. His crew was on time and professional. They were tidy and did excellent work. We would use Duke plumbing again in the future.

I have used Duke's Plumbing several times: Residential main valve replacement, commercial building pipe freeze repair, and commercial cross connection testing (x2). They were always right on schedule, and they performed expert work efficiently. Their pricing is highly competitive - I've done comparison shopping. These people will always be my first call!

Got dukes number and called them up, super friendly, great price. Jessie came out changed the tank and also found a leak and fixed that up as well. Awesome service, great price and super friendly service

Jesse at dukes plumbing came out in the middle of the night to fix a leak at my place in the ne. Replaced old leaking ploy b pipes with pex, Great job , in and out and fixed the toilet for free. Nice guy great company. I would call them back anytime. Thanks

Randy and the rest of the folks at Dukes Plumbing have always provided outstanding service and advice. The company was just starting out when I first hired them to complete some plumbing repairs for me...now, almost 7 years and two houses later, they have provided quality workmanship and professional service on numerous projects including water heater replacements, kitchen renos, several bathroom renos and various smaller repairs to taps, sinks, vents, and toilets. After waking up on a Saturday morning (with -20C temps) to no heat I gave them a call and they were there within 2hrs. It was established that I should get a new furnace. Because I have a fireplace it was decided I could wait until after the weekend. As promised they were there bright and early Monday morning. The guys were very friendly and very professional. Very efficient. They happily answered any questions I had and explained exactly what they were doing..At the end of the day everything was totally cleaned up. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Unbelievable customer service. I was friends with the workers before they finished. Very professional and very friendly. No hidden costs. All information was related to me in layman terms no bs.
