Valley View Appliances Ltd.

We were referred to Valley View Appliances by a family member who recommended them highly. Our wall oven shut down during a self cleaning cycle and the oven door locked. After ready some information on the internet it appears this is a common issue on the type of oven we have. Upon calling Valley View and explaining the situation they checked on the availability of the parts that might be required and promptly called me back with an estimate and arranged for a service technician to make the service call.
Keith, the technician who came to our home was excellent. He explained what he was going to do not only to repair the oven but to ensure that there would be no damaged to the surrounding cabinetry. He was courteous knowledgable and followed the appropriate social distancing measures which included him wiping down all surfaces he had made contact with. We were very happy with our experience with Valley View, they were on time, on estimate and very pleasant to deal with. Should the need arise we will not hesitate to call upon their services again.
