From their professionalism, to product selection, to providing clear timelines - North Shield delivered on their word and came through with an exceptional installation. Specifically, I really appreciated their product breakdown and transparency on provincial rebates. Thanks for removing all the headache from such a big purchase.

They kept the house clean and removed all garbage.

New Windows

Our 40 year old windows were replaced, brick to brick. We had excellent and honest service. Installation went smoothly, within 2 days, and the crew cleaned up the debris. Alex arrived immediately following installation to inspect the work. No upselling, no bells and whistles, honest opinion only. Highly recommend!

Replacement of all windows

After getting a few different quotes. we decided to work with Alex from Northshield Windows and Doors on the replacement of the original builders windows that were 20 years old.

Alex was knowledgeable and attentive, and listened to our requirements, offered valuable insights, and guided me through the various options available.

The installation team from Northshield were great. They clearly know what they are doing as they make it look easy. When the installation was finished, everything was cleaned up and we were left with nothing but nice new windows.

Bedroom and basement windows

My second time working with NorthShield and Ill continue to work with them. Great experience and the work is phenomenal.

They even covered the floors to protect it and cleaned up afterwards, even vacuuming.

Would recommend for windows and doors. Thank you again!
