I believe communication is key for any project no matter what trade you are in, there is an order of operations and those need to be followed so a project can continue without backtracking, I do my best to follow the electrical code because in the end an inspection must pass.

I always find it great when a customer is satisfied, I don't like to leave a job I have done without the customer being happy with the work. When I run into projects like this one it brings out my creativity and gives me a chance to prove that I can come up with some pretty neat stuff while doing as little damage as possible.

I do my best to be on time, this day and age lots of people need work done and I try to do as much as I can but sometimes things take longer than expected and I appreciate when people are patient, I will be there and get the job done but sometimes it takes me a little longer to get there. All said I continue to take on as much as I think I can handle and if something seems that it may be out of my expertise I will do my best to refer whoever I think can handle the task because I do have a lot of connections and it helps others to continue moving forward with their projects.

Thank you for the comment, I always try my best to get a project done as efficiently as possible and with the least amount damage. This was a project where I was able to do both of these and was happy with the outcome and feel great knowing that my customer feels comfortable enough with my work done to pass on my company name/ number to a friend.

I always try to do my best in order to spread the word of my work and in most cases that will happen and I am thankful for everybody that recommends my company for any electrical needed, projects big or small give me call and I'll see what plan best works for you.

I always try to work with the trades so that nothing has to be done twice because nobody likes to see a project going backwards so communication is key when doing big projects in order to keep costs as low as possible for the customer intern keeping them satisfied and hopefully recommending my company for electrical work.

Working around others should always require some kind of sensitivity, watching your space and being careful should be expected of any trade so that a safe work environment can be achieved and the job can be completed in a timely manner. I always try to do these things so that the customer is happy with my work and wants to continue using my company.

Now this was a good project for me to show the customer what I can do, from a panel upgrade to a full kitchen renovation and many other small electrical fixes around the home enabled me to impress the customer and I say thank you to Dave and Ann Marie for being so nice, they even fed us some great homemade food and that is always appreciated on my end. I tried to be as flexible as possible with my time to get the project done and get things completed on a scheduled time basis so that the customer can see a finished project.

Having a background in both residential and commercial work in the past has helped me and enabled me to do a variety of different things with electrical and I am comfortable to say that I am knowledgeable what is required for a hot tub hook up and being able to pass an inspection as well, that is key in order to continue a good business and have the customer happy enough with my work to refer me, word of mouth has been a big help in the growth of my company and I will continue to do my best to make my future customers happy.
