My kitchen sink was backing up and i thank my lucky stars that I called Canada Water Proofers. Borys came and he worked tirelessly to unclog it over 2 days. He had to cut pipe under the sink to access properly and spent a few hours day 1 snaking multiple times without success. Day 2 he returned and tried again. Eventually he had to try the opposite end of the pipe in the garage, cut into the wall, open up a pipe and snake from inside the garage- back up to the kitchen. He snaked multiple times from the basement then back up to the kitchen rotating back and forth. In the end he snaked the entire length of the pipe from the top to the bottom then from the bottom to the top ( 25 feet of snake each way) until he was happy with the result. I cannot imagine anyone else taking the time to do this properly and knowing what they were doing. Minimal damage in the best place possible ( the garage) and success. He attached a clearout and air admittance valve which were needed. Professional, knowledgeable, and he didn't give up until he was successful.

Boris came to the house to help us figure out why water was leaking down a basement wall. He arrived on time. He took the time to listen to the history of the problem. Then he very quickly figured out that it was the dishwasher upstairs causing the problem. Great customer service and we had a lot of confidence he knew exactly what he was doing. I would definitely use Canada Waterproofers again and recommend to anyone else.

Boris is a true professional 10/10 plumber because he determined the source of the 2nd floor shower leak right away which 3 others plumbers from other companies failed. He fixed the problem without opening the main floor ceiling. He showed up on time, ensured quality service and charged us a reasonable price for fixing the shower, replacing garburator and replacing kitchen faucet. All 3 issues completed in less than 2 hrs. We are so glad we found Canada Waterproofers online. We will strongly recommend Boris from Canada Waterproofers to our families and friends for their plumbing problems.

We've used CWP three times now, with each time being about as smooth, reasonably priced and perfect service as possible!

This last time we had the cartridge in our shower break which meant our only shower was unusable. We called multiple companies like we always do, but CWP answered the dispatch within five minutes and offered to be onsite within a few hours or first thing the next morning. All others hadn't even called us back yet, or told us we'd have to wait days for what was an emergency.

Borys came the next morning first thing as committed. He came with all required parts, finished his work quickly and efficiently. He was very respectful of the current Covid situation.... He wore PPE (hands, face and shoes), and was incredibly careful in what he touched (he let us know the one place he had touched by accident so we could disinfect it). The work was perfectly completed and we've been great since.

We've also used PWC to re caulk our bath (we though we had a leak, but it was just caulking). We also had flooding in our basement about two years ago and CWP came within a few days, dug out a new window well, water proofed that part of the outside of the house and installed a sum pump. Those other two jobs were priced reasonably, completed on time and the work was top notch.

Renovating the basement. Wanted to check the condition of the pipes before I lay the floor down (my house is 50 years). Ive used Canada Waterproofers before at a different property and did not hesitate to call them back. They were very professional, clean and promt. I should also mention that there were no attempts to sell me any extra(unnecessary) service like some contractors do, but rather i was given and honest assessment of the condition of the pipes. Turns out my fears were unsubstantiated and I did not need to replace the cast iron and clay pipes. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them.

Boris was great! On time and efficient work! Went over and above to fix my broken pipe, even when it was looking like a lost cause. Definitely would use them again.

Borys was great. He was very accommodating helping me move my washer and dryer and hooking up plumbing for my washer in the basement. Very flexible, easy going and easy to communicate with.

Canada Waterproofers Company has worked very hard and fixed our building drain pipe which was approximately 55 ft. longe. After completing all of the areas was clean, organized, and back to normal with proper function. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for their commitment and the quality of their work.

I bought a house back in 2015 and the house was a older house in mid town Toronto. For the first few years no matter how much we cleaned out the basement we would always smell mold. We looked at many companies to get the job done. The first time they arrived you knew they were very knowledgeable and their prices were fair. I hired CANADA Waterproofers and they were just great!
