My furnace room has been flooding on and off for several years. None of the companies I called were able to find out where the water was coming from and dismissed my suggestion that the carbon filter and/or water softener were leaking somewhere. Finally, I called Canada Waterproofing and Andrew came quickly to assess the situation. He was curteous, professional and knowledgeable and sent Valentin the next day to look at the plumbing. Valentin was very polite, was willing to problem solve and listened to my theory. He investigated further and found that indeed, the connections on the hoses were not secure and this was the source of the leaks. He came back, with Dimitri to assist him, and installed new hoses on the units and a new floor drain. Valentin was a pleasure to deal with. He did excellent work, was respectful of my home and cleaned up afterwards. I highly reccommend this company.
