Claire totally rules. She came into our disaster of a house after we decided to sell at the drop of a hat, at Christmas, and made it look like a showhome. We sold 1 day after the MLS listing was posted, for significantly more than asking price, with no subjects. If you want to sell your Vancouver area house and you don't enlist Claire's help, you should probably give your head a shake.
