Received expedient quote for eavestrough and downspouts. Company delivered excellent services and courteous staff arrived at date and time as promised. They went the extra mile to accommodate 2 stage installation. We are very pleased with Chinook Exteriors workmanship and recommend the firm.

The Gutter work done by Chinook was to a 9 unit townhouse development. We were concerned about finding a highly reputable and competent contractor for a multi residential property in Calgary, particularly as the owners are in Vancouver. Chinook did not disappoint! They performed the work on time and on budget, and according to our local property manager did it in a highly efficient manner with no complaints from tenants, and a clean work site. The staff are very professional and hands on. We highly recommend Chinook!

Chinook Exteriors installed new eavestrough, soffit, and fascia at our home. Jean-Francois and his team were exceptional to work with throughout the entire process, and deserve special mention for delivering the project way ahead of schedule even in the midst of an unexpected October 2ft snowstorm.

There was a minor installation issue, which was understandable given the difficulty of the weather conditions. This problem was very promptly resolved (personally by Jean-Francois) within several days.

Chinook Exteriors did an excellent job in replacing the gutters on our house. Jean-Francois, and his estimator, Dean, worked closely and interactively with us. They listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, then followed through on what was decided. When they found problems (e.g., 4 broken roof tiles), Jean-Francois identified the problem, then came back the next day and replaced the roof tiles. Overall, they did a great job. We’d recommend them to others for the quality of their workmanship, and attention to detail.

This past winter, I experienced some serious problems with ice dams that had frozen in my eaves troughs. I left messages on the websites of three different contractors. Even though it was a weekend, Jean Francois from Chinook replied to me that afternoon, which surprised me. I never did hear from the other two companies. I was able to send pictures of my problem to Jean Francois and he was able to see what I was up against. He came out to my house and was very informative about what was happening. Although there wasn't much that could be done at the time, he made some very good suggestions about what I could do to prevent this from happening in the future. He then gave me a very reasonable quote to insulate my attic and replace the Fascia, Soffit, and Eaves troughs. When it came time to perform the work quoted, it was done quickly and efficiently and for the price quoted. I would like to praise the crews from Ideal Insulation, and Chinook Exteriors for their extraordinary professionalism and expertise in performing the work to my complete satisfaction. They went above and beyond what I had expected. One very minor issue came up and I called Jean Francois about it and he arrived at my house within 15 minutes and the issue was very quickly resolved. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Jean Francois and his employees to anyone.

Recently had our eavestroughs replaced. From the initial contact to the final product Chinook Exteriors were extremely professional, courteous, and very responsive. Yves, the installer was great, he answered all questions and kept us informed along the way and left the site neat and tidy. No hesitation to recommend Chinook Exteriors.
