TOTAL SECURITY & SURVEILLANCE CO(1994)

I wanted to have security camera installed and so I have ask around for quotes and reviewed installer here at Homestars and there I found "Total Security" with excellent review. I went ahead and contacted Total Security and Ray answered my call right away. I asked him the usual common questions, his type of services, type of camera he's selling and warranties. He was able to answer all my questions and he also provided me with recommendations that made my decision much easier. He did not push any other services or any equipment I did not need, which was really nice. I went ahead and booked with him, he was always right on time, always letting me know that he's on his way. He took his time doing the installation, ensuring good service. I had 4 camera installed and it looked excellent, I am happy with it so far. Ray is a great guy and professional. Ray installed a security system in 2011 when we moved to Clarkson. He was very helpful in setting up the system and pointing out the most important areas to cover. It is a pleasure to deal with Ray and he is always friendly and helpful when we travel. The system he installed has continued to function well during these six years.

(Total Security Company )Ray was referred by my neighbors as well i did personally see one getting installed...By then I had already decided to get one ....Ray communication skills are outstanding and he is very friendly and courteous to deal with...He worked around my work schedule ...and got the job in a timely manner....Ray kept me well informed via text's and emails.
Pricing for the system was very reasonable and pictures say's it all about his worship.

Ray was the quickest to respond to my initial contact and responded promptly to all questions.
The installation was nicely done and delivered punctually. Overall we were very happy with the service which was personable and at a great price.

Ray is so skilled at what he does. I emailed him on Wednesday evening when I came home and another security system company completely bungled the camera system on our property. They didn't bother to hide any of the camera wiring, and it looked absolutely terrible. Ray called me back in about an hour and was incredibly understanding and sympathetic to our situation. He came in on that Friday to make it right. He rewired all our cameras correctly and made everything look clean and aesthetically pleasing. The cameras look incredible now - so professional. He took really good care of our house to make sure everything was done correctly, even when it wasn't his system. I can't recommend him enough. Great company and I will be using them again and recommending them to all my friends.
