After discovery of a rather large wasp nest in between inner wall and siding, I called a few places for estimates. Peter got back to me right away and promised to be at our home first thing next day. When he arrived he checked the situation, explained his process and next steps and then proceeded to deal with the issue. The wall was alive with a buzzing sound for a couple of hours following the treatment. Peter indicated what would happen over the next couple of days and what he would do if there were continuing issues. The problem has been taken care of and that particular wasp site has been dealt with. A potential problem in another smaller area was also managed so that we will not have a problem in future. I found a wasp nest hidden in the outside wall, next to the backyard door. Its location was really a problem as it was preventing us from accessing the pool. A couple days ago I noticed I would allow my dog out to the backyard only to have him run right back in. After some of my own research I noticed that there were Bumble Bees below my deck reeking havoc on him. After a lengthy search on Homestars for an exterminator; I knew Peter was the man to get the job done. In my backyard I have a deck 1 foot high; Most Exterminators would be turned off with the prospect of having to work under/take apart pieces of the deck to get to the nest. Peter took the job head on with no complaints. He showed up early to inspect the situation and even joined me in a quick mission to the hardware store to buy the appropriate tools to take apart a section of the deck. Even though Peter's job is to come in and extract the nest, he helped me take apart the deck which was no easy task itself! Thanks Peter for going above and beyond!!! I would not hesitate to ever call him again if needed!!!
