I have used top tech two times. Once for dryer repair and recently for dish washer. Mors was very professional, arrived on time and troubleshot the issues and solved the problems both times.

I emailed Top Tech and Mors arrived right on time. The repair was done promptly and well. He was meticulous in cleaning out the debris which clogged the dishwasher. This is the second time I used Top Tech and was just as pleased. I highly recommend the company.

Our front loading Frigidaire washing machine was not draining properly so I call Mors at 11:30 and he arrived at 12:30. He was polite , prompt and checked everything thoroughly. He found some paper, money and a sock stuck in the pump after he took apart the machine. He drained the water and put everything back in place and cleaned up in an hour. Prompt service, very professional and kept to the price he had quoted me for service and parts. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it right away. Mors is QUICKLY INTERACTIVE IN COMMUNICATIONS. He called back in minutes after my initial message. Mors is pretty swift in back-and-forth communications as the problem is fleshed out till the actual job. Allowance, however, must obviously be made for his other current jobs and inquiries.

VERY THOROUGH DETERMINATION OF PROBLEM & WHAT ARE INVOLVED. Rather than come immediately after a casual assessment, Mors takes the time to thoroughly understand the problem remotely, starting with cell phone photo requests, all the way to appliance model, and part descriptions and numbers. He also checks that the supplier doesn’t carelessly provide the wrong part as they could well do. All these pre-call preparations could make a client impatient. However, considering possibly needless repeat visits due to wrong parts or problem assessments, Mors’ comprehensive approach is ultimately best.

ACTUAL JOB COMPETENCE & PROFESSIONALISM. For the dryer repair, Mors brought along another part, just in case it was also broken, and not just the screw. He was right, saving us a repeat visit. The repair was quick and straightforward. Given his and his associate’s expertise, oven installation was again straightforward. As a bonus, they brought the old oven to the curb, rolling it like a log when my dolly failed.

OFFERING SOLUTIONS & EXTRA TIPS WHILE DOING THE JOB. Advised us how to avoid the gap between new oven back (design issue) & wall, not present in the old oven. Gave extra tips on fan & sensor usage to avoid monoxide poisoning.

AUTHENTIC PERSONAL INTERACTION. Like our kayak dealer or my wife’s yarn shop owner, he is nice to deal with, an added plus to his professionalism.

I am very satisfied with my new dishwasher and OTR microwave.
Came after hours at 6 pm for installation and stayed till 9 to complete. Very professional friendly very reasonable prices. I will definitely will use their services in the future and recommend to my friends for repairs and installation.

I had them come to install an OTR Microwave that was half installed but we ran into issues and a broken part as well as a new dishwasher. They were quick to respond and quick to come and do the install and brought the part that we had broken. The tech MORS was very polite and very knowledgeable and did an amazing job even though we had some issues he had to overcome due to builder errors. I would highly recommend this company and I feel that I received good value for my money. I would use this company again!

Mors was willing to come the same afternoon, but agreed to a later date. Arrived when agreed, and found the problem quickly (a disconnected and plugged drain tube). Simple repair. Now I know what to check if it happens again. It's been 4 days and no more puddles.

My washing machine was drain was blocked with a foreign metal object. Mos from Toptech efficiently cleared the drain and the machine is currently working well. I am satisfied with the result.

I was expecting a potentially expensive repair but the technician (Mors) quickly found the cause of the problem. It was a simple fix with no parts required. He also made some recommendations for regular maintenance. I would definitely use this company again.
