We submitted a request to a number of installation services from Homestars on the evening of 21 December and the first and only reply was from Top Tech early the next morning, offering to do the install the next day. He provided information about labor and parts cost unprompted, and we had the appointment booked by that afternoon.

The installer arrived in the time window we had agreed to. He was friendly and professional. He was careful while removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one. He tested that the new one worked and that none of the fittings were leaking.

I would not hesitate to hire Top Tech again.

Dryer broke down on a Thursday night. Searched HomeStars for someone to come by and look at it/make repairs on Friday. Made a couple of calls, and Mors replied quickly, explained what he thought the problem could be, and gave us an approximate cost estimate. Saturday afternoon he came, made the repairs to the dryer and now, Saturday evening - the wife is back doing the laundry!

Mors was very professional and able to get the job done quickly so we're very happy, especially now since our 10 month old has a never ending supply of laundry that needs to get done!

Mors did a great job assessing the problem with our old over-the-range microwave and replaced it with another we already had on hand. He answered my inquiry promptly and was here within 24 hours, on time. He provided an estimate ahead of time, which was very reasonable, and he efficiently got the job done within 1 hour. Top Tech Appliance had a high score; we decided to give them a try and we are very pleased with their service.
Mors has great customer service and was very helpful. He identified the parts which may be required and quoted two prices and stated we would only require one of these parts. I called for an appointment for service and he stated it would be the same day; so we were extremely pleased. The part did the trick and we would feel comfortable calling Mors again for other service.
Home Stars made quite a difference for us.

Mors arrived on time. We spent sometime figured out how to move out the fridge and he fix the water leak problem which caused by the clogged drain hole. He took the grommet out and cleaned and cut the hole bigger to prevent future clogging. He also cleaned the ice in the drain line and fridge and vacuumed the dust at the back of the fridge.
For the microwave, we spent a bit time removed the microwave to flip the vent fan for it to blow in the correct direction. He also drilled the screw holes and vent holes bigger for easier removal and repair in the future if ever needed.
Mors was really nice and professional and also attention to detail to make sure other stuff in my kitchen was not damaged and cleaned the site after the job was completed. The price he charged was good for the service he provided. I will highly recommend him to people!
