Ductwise Duct Cleaning

Ive had 4 different companies come and clean my dryer vent and they all say its clear but it takes me turning on the dryer 3x to dry my towels. Finally ductwise was able to properly do the job! My clothes are dry in one single cycle now and the vent cleaning really helped by keeping dust in my home minimal.

We had an excellent experience today. When the guys came in they were polite and considerate. They both had excellent customer service. They carefully went from room to room (and outside for the drier vent) figuring out what needed to be done and doing it. They even took time to explain the process and what they were doing. At the end they showed us a picture of the difference between before and after which was very cool. Billing was clearly laid out with multiple easy payment options. We are very pleased with the whole experience and service, and will definitely call next time we need to do this and they are local! Highly recommend!

Phil is great, and I can trust his work and his workers. I have been dealing with him for years for keeping my homes air clean. Phil and his team (this time was Rowan) have always been pleasant to deal with. They provide Outstanding, quality work, and take their time to do it right. Phils great service goes beyond explaining in detail what he is doing (including photos of his work), offers very fair pricing (20+ vents) and if he notices extra things that needs to be done, he just does it without charging extra. We just moved to the area and our new to us house. We were not sure if or when the vents were last cleaned so we decided to contact Duct Wise. We requested information and the email we received was very detailed with pricing information and details of their specials. I called and booked and within a couple of day they were here. They were super professional, explained exactly what was going to happen and the process and were very clean which I really appreciated. They thought of the little things including putting a tarp over the open door instead of just leaving it wide open. They showed my husband a picture of the inside and all I can say is its a good thing they came when they did! The air seems to be moving a lot better and we feel better that it is clean!
