We needed our driveway extended, we used Tomer from living construction. His staff were very professional and did an amazing job. They completed the job in a matter of 2 days, they went over and above to make sure my border to my garden was secured and the job looks amazing. We are loving having the extra space to put two cars.

We hired Living Construction to replace our existing deck which was over 25 years old and in terrible shape. Our neighbours had used Tomer and his crew and recommended them highly.
We were very impressed. From the initial walk through to assess the scope of the work needed, to the final finished product - Tomer was professional and honest. His crew - Jon, Niko and Jose - were very skilled, friendly, neat and extremely hard working. They accommodated any modifications we suggested without complaint.
We are beyond pleased with the final product. It is beautiful, and most importantly, safe - and we look forward to many good times on it with friends and family .

The crew from Living Construction are hands down the best you can find. Kind, patient, and flexible, they took our old crooked house and made it a contemporary masterpiece. Tal and crew were more than fair in the pricing and went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend them for any project. Very professional team. We had Tomer, Tal and the team finishing our basement and replacing our deck and building a pergola a few years back they did a great job.
Now it was time to renovate the main floor and we called them again. Before giving a quote, Tomer listened to us, but also gave very pertinent suggestions according to his experience.
Our house was build in 1954 and is still had the original flooring in desperate need of replacement. So the job was basically empty the whole main floor, gut everything and install new from subflooring to wainscotting.
The whole renovation, from demolition, installing the new sub-floor, redoing everything, installing the new hardwood floor, baseboards, wainscotting, painting and all the finishings took Tal and his crew just four weeks, but it could have been even less if not by a delay by the hardwood floor manufacturer.
Even with that delay Tal rearranged the sequence of the work so its impact would be minimal.
Tal was very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole job, always checking with us how we wanted things done and placed. All the guys in his team were very professional and polite; and made sure that everything was clean before leaving at the end of each day.
Sammy and Ivan took their time and were doing everything properly, and carefully, with patience and attention to detail.
I highly recommend Living Construction and will definitely call them again for the next renos at our place. Tomer and Tal are the best!

Other contractors told me what I could and could not do. Tomer asked what I wanted and figured out how to get it done. His team did a great job tearing out our old deck and installing a new composite deck and fence. They were very easy to deal with and the new deck looks great. We would very highly recommend them to anyone.

We demolished one big washroom and created 2 smaller washrooms. One with a shower stall and one with a tub. We worked together with the company to create a design that worked for us. They completed the job and everything looks great. They also did various things for us around the house from minor fixes to paint, to landscaping. Would definitly work with them again as they were trustworthy, honorable and did exactly what we expected.
