Tomer and his extremely skilled tradesmen are professional, polite, reliable and meticulous. These men are perfectionists. We had our porch rebuilt with Ipe which is extremely hard word that is difficult to work with. The finished product is simply stunning. Tomer stuck to his quote and agreed to make minor changes at our request and did not nickel and dime us. He arranged for other skilled trades as we needed them including HVAC and an electrician. I recommend Tomer and his company without a second of hesitation. He knows his stuff without a doubt and he has all the connections you would want your contractor to have. We have hired Living Construction to install hardwood in our home.

My partner and I are really glad that we hired Tomer and his team for this recent renovation. We asked for new cedar fencing, two patios, a pergola, curb stone to contain our backyard gardens, a stone path leading to the house, and for the front steps and railing to be redone. They delivered! We couldn't be happier with the work itself, but beyond that, his whole crew was polite, well coordinated and worked tirelessly through some of the hottest days of the summer. They had material drop offs and trash pickups planned at well timed intervals so that they never left the place a disaster for us or our neighbours. In fact, most of our neighbours have since commented on how impressed they were with both the work and the timeline they kept. It's worth noting that, even with such a large project, they finished on time for an outdoor party that we had planned. This wasn't the first time that we've hired Tomer, but it definitely won't be the last.

I bought a house which needed a basemen renovation and later added a kitchen reno to the list of things to do. Living Construction had no problem doing the extra work while still remaining within my tight timeline.

Before the work started we met a few times with tal and tomer and the explained us everything that was going to happen and since we lived in the house during the month and a half the job took they planned to be as little inconvenient as possible. The work lasted exacthe time they promised. Tal and his team were on site every day for 10 hours a day, sometimes 7 days a week. We felt comfortable leaving them by themselves in the house as everyone who worked in our house was very nice. There were no hidden costs and they were very flexible with all our requests and whenever we wanted to make a change in the work plan tal sat with us and we discussed the best and least expensive option. They never pushed us or tried to add more costs.
We completely renovated all the washrooms, bedrooms and kitchen, and painted the whole house. Tal was a perfectionist and anything that wasn't done perfectly, even when we thought it was ok, was re-done. At the end our house looks like a model home thanks to them and within the planned budget, and all this thanks to them. We wouldn't hesitate to hire thrm again and already recommended them to a few people I know.

Tomer did an amazing job of the landscaping at the front of our house. We are SO happy with the finished product and we have received tons of compliments on it!
He came exactly when he said he would, he finished on time (a day early) and exactly on budget.
The site was always left clean at the end of the day and his team was professional, super nice and very skilled.
I only have great things to say about Living Construction and the quality and professionalism that this business offers.

I recently hired Tomer and his team to make a deck with privacy walls in our backyard. He was able to accommodate my quick timeline, and was in to start the work the week after I called him. You can see in the pictures below (sorry if they're sideways) what the backyard looked like on the first day when Tomer and his crew John and Ben put the foundations for the deck in. We were very pleased with the work that they did, going above and beyond what my initial expectations were. They closed in the deck on all sides, inset from my neighbors, put a door under the porch so I can use it for storage and had his plumber move my faucet so it comes out the back of the deck instead of right off the house. Tomer was able to create the slat design look that we wanted while also making sure we made choices that were safe and sturdy for long term use. I highly recommend the Living Construction team, they are all very friendly and trustworthy. Tomer knows his stuff and will be straightforward and was able to accommodate our time, budget and design choices, even with the obstacles of no parking in our neighborhood and no access to our backyard except through the house.

Tomer, Tal and team, helped us to create our dream basement. No words can describe how happy we are with their work, much behind our expectations. I really can't say enough. They were very flexible, always came on time, fun and friendly, and were true to their promises. They always solved things in a peaceful respectful manner. Every day, they showed up early in the morning and stayed late-the whole team.
