We were referred by a close friend who had previously used SB Hardwood and was extremely happy with the work. Our story was no different! Simon was very easy to work with and flexible to suit our needs and style that we were after. Other companies we spoke with the stairs couldn't be salvaged but Simon was confident we would be happy with the end result. They worked fast and put in some long hours to get the job done in just a few days - we weren't inconvenienced at all! The stain is a perfect match/complement to our hardware and the railing is spot-on. We needed a minor touch-up after the fact and the installer returned a few days later to make the adjustment without issue.
