Just had dishwasher and hood fan for range installed by Wiehler, they were fast efficient and dealt with an unexpected issue with professional expertise. Cleaned up like they'd never been there! Would call them for any further plumbing, heating etc.

We purchased an island cook top hood vent in February. The retail store gave us a name of a contractor they used so we called them at the end of June. The person I spoke with from this company (1) was not willing to come out for a site inspection, but rather tried to up-sell us telling us we needed a new furnace and new water heater before they would install the hood vent.
I called another company (#2) and scheduled an appointment for 5 weeks later just for them to do an inspection. By this time we are at the end of July. When the gentlemen came to do the site inspection, he told me they could not handle the entire job; meaning cut hole in the roof, build the structure to hold the hood vent, insulate, wire and install the hood vent; in other words from beginning to end. We waited 5 weeks to be told they could only connect the hood vent and not do the entire job. Keep in mind, when I booked this appointment I asked up front if they could do the entire job and the answer was yes.
By this time, I was ready to return the hood vent.
I called Weihler Mechanical (#3). I told them our experience so far, and asked can you do the job from beginning to end, so that all I needed to do it turn the vent on when you are done. They said YES, we have access to all trades to do the work same day.
Weilher's installers came and were very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, answered all our questions and removed our concerns. The electrician came and they were the same; very friendly and knowledgeable.
The installers were fantastic, cleaning up afterwards, showing me what the hood buttons were for and educating me on how hood vents function. (HVAC lesson)
From the time I called Weihler to ask if they could do the work to the day it was installed was 5 days.
That's 5*-Service! if you ask me!

We have a pair of old but quaint American gas lamps in the backyard, probably installed when the house was built in the 60s. One of the lamps was never lit when we bought the house. I wasn’t sure if it could be fixed - no manuals to be found. Thanks to the persistence of Jeff and Jacob from Wiehler, the gas valve was removed and cleaned to let the gas flow again. It was not straightfoward, but they were willing to try what they could, called around looking for parts, and eventually came to their own solution on site. Really appreciated the let’s try and fix it approach, instead of giving up and replace. Professional service and attitude. Will not hesitate to call them again for any mechanical problems around the house.

Jeff & Jacob from Wiehler Mechanical arrived as scheduled and I was immediately impressed with how professional they were. They listened to all the problems with our bathroom and got on with the various jobs, no easy task as some of our fixtures are quite complicated., especially the diverter assembly on the tub. Work was completed to my utmost satisfaction and the work area was left clean and tidy. A job well done! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing qualified and knowledgeable plumbers.

My hot water tank went, and the very next day Ben and Jacob from Wiehler Mechanical came and replaced both tanks. My entire experience with Wiehler was excellent-right from getting my appointment booked right away - to top notch service, installation, and operating instructions that were explained very clearly to me by Ben. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently had 2 hot water tanks replaced by Wiehler Mechanical...And what a pleasure it was to work with Marty, Eric and Jeff. They were efficient, friendly and very professional. I asked the company to send someone come to give me a quote for a new Hot water tank. My HWT is dual purposes for domestic and in-floor heating. John Wiehler the owner came, he told me it's still good, I don't need to replace it yet. OK, that is very honest plumber who is concerned about my cost than his cost. His suggested price for a new HWT in the future is very resonable price. He's very professional and friendly. Highly recommended this company. Chhers! Dean.
