The repair to the first installation was excellent. The repairmen had to improvise which so far has proved to be 100% effective. They did this at no extra charge! Wiehler Mechanical didn't have to do this as Trai Appliance was also willing to fix the problem.
Repairmen were polite and professional.

Had a leak under my kitchen sink. The company was responsive (same day) and billing was fair. The technician was prompt, friendly and most importantly, knew what he was doing.

Great service. Always on time and efficient at a great price. Very courteous and transparent. Will use them again and again ! We had a boiler broken and a furnace broken at the same time. They came over and got us working in a couple of hours.

Plumbers name was Arthur. We had some difficulty finding the source of the leak. We looked at a bunch of possibilities and eventually found the issue. He did a great job troubleshooting and the repair was done well once found. Reasonable cost, quality work, very tidy. Highly recommend for any plumbing repair work.

Prompt service call and assessment of problem with leaking shower. Waiting on replacement parts to fix problem after which counting on prompt follow up to fix leaking shower when parts arrive.

Technician was on time, text giving notice of who was arriving, super clean and polite and he worked hard. Got done and everything was seamless! Wiehler was professional from quoting, schedule to payment and could tell the installer had pride in his work and who he worked for and not rushed to get the job done.

Jeff was excellent. On time (actually early). Job review and further estimate to understand costs and what he was going to be doing prior to starting. Job was less than what he estimated which is always a bonus. Managed expectations and helped me understand another project I was thinking about at a later date. Happy to have him back to do all my work. 10/10.
