We would like to recognize Davel Construction for the outstanding job they did at our property in fall 2017. We hired Davel to do our driveway, walkways, front and back patios, steps, walls, pillars and gardens. It was a huge project and we are extremely happy with the results, and have received many compliments. What a transformation they achieved with our property. We have nothing but positive things to say about Davel. We would highly recommend them to family and friends without any reservation.

This Summer my husband and I decided to renovate our backyard. It was going to be a big task! We needed to work with a company we could trust and establish a relationship with. Davel Construction listened to our ideas and vision to create a stunning backyard Oasis. Tomas, David and his team maintained a clean environment, professional attitude and were always punctual. Davel Construction was an excellent company to deal with. The job was done within price and time deadlines. David and his crew were very professional and extremely polite and courteous. I had several neighbors comment on how nice they were and how they cleaned up the surrounding road area at the end of each day. The finished product is fantastic and we are thrilled. After talking to a dozen of contractors to do our back patio and driveway extension, we settled to Davel Construction Inc. Their price is competitive and their workmanship is superb. They are very clean and starts their work earlier than expected. We are very keen and finicky but David's team was able to meet our expectation. Our back patio and driveway turned out beautiful and we’ve been hearing compliments on both. We highly recommend Davel Construction and had referred them to our friends!

We found Davel Construction after an acquaintance had them do an interlocking driveway. We were keen to do something similar but wanted genuine granite cobblestones (granite set) to complement our old house. David was prompt to arrive and discuss and he intuitively knew the kind of look we were going for. We were given a few different quotes to represent different materials and we settled on the real McCoy, albeit it was more expensive – once the work started, it was easy to see why; the amount of labour involved in laying each stone by hand was incredible and slowly our vision came to fruition. Along the journey we had to make changes based on some “permit” interference, and David took this in stride and adjusted. Once the driveway was done, we were left with a reasonably large garden area to landscape – again, we knew (sort of) what we wanted, but had no clue about how to go about it. Once again David was a great help in offering ideas, all the while ensuring we were getting what WE wanted. The overall job suffered some delays because of the atrocious summer weather, but we were always advised about timelines, and alternatives. Overall it was a drama-free experience (except for the weather, which couldn’t be helped) and we are already thinking of Davel for our next big job in the future. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Davel did a great job landscaping my neighbour's house last year. I hired them to complete my side walkway and backyard. Tom was very professional and easy to deal with. We easily negotiated the original scope and price and had no issues amending/expanding it as things progressed. Sub-trades that he recommended were equally professional and easy to deal with. Despite the terrible weather we've all had this spring, Tom did his best to keep to the original timeline and always responded to phone calls and text messages promptly. We are very happy with our backyard.

Davel construction just completed work on our driveway, front porch and back patio. It is something we have dreamed about doing for a while but didn't find the right contractor since it was such a large job.
