Paving Contractors review in Waterloo

Davel has addressed all of my concerns regarding my 2015 driveway/retaining wall/porch project and has demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction by exceeding my expectations. Davel spent time listening to our issues and provided a timeline for fixing minor problems according to the warranty and a new contract proposing additional work to make up for issues related to unfortunate circumstances that occurred last year outside of the company's control. I look forward to the work this spring/summer.

From time to time there are issues that arise with a particular project. As the contractors hired to do the job we take full responsibility for any issues, and try our best to resolve the situation. Thank you for your patients Jocalyn and I hope you enjoy your new retaining wall and interlocking driveway for years to come.

Low rating due to serious lack of follow-up. I gave numerous opportunities to follow-up (need for touchups, grass already growing through stones) and received 1 visit. With a promise to come back, Tomas left again and I have not heard from him since. Job itself felt rushed and understaffed, but the retaining walls are solid and driveway grading is well done. I feel as though my trust was broken as I now must plan touchups ourselve despite the warranty and high price paid. Wouldn't recommend or go to davel again.
