Tim is extremely professional and very knowledgeable - his carpet work is excellent and you can tell he really knows what he is doing. We called and he wisely advised not to worry about the carpet we just had shampooed for at least 48 hrs as it was likely the large ripples would dry flat - BUT we also wanted him to do our upstairs bedroom, hall, and stairs that needed stretching attention and were not shampooed. Man he does nice work, was right, and is a nice fellow - and I felt the price was very acceptable - it was up front and he completed the work as costed - plus he cleaned up WOW.
