My heater was broken. I called the company on Saturday evening on the snowstorm and Sam called me back later that evening.
He came by on Sunday before 11:30 and had fixed my water heater by 11:45! Very pleasant and respectful (put on booties) and gave me helpful advice.
Would definitely be my first call in the future.
