Woke up to a cold house and a broken furnace on a Saturday in January...
Called several people and Climax had a competitive price and was able to prioritize an immediate assessment. The technician Sam quickly and professionally identified the issue. Unfortunately the repair required a specialized gas valve and most suppliers were closed on the weekend. Sam called around for someone that was willing to open on a Saturday and received a quote. Price to get the part on the weekend was exorbitant so we decided to wait till Monday morning to get the part and Sam committed to performing the repair on Monday. By Monday afternoon the repair was completed fast and efficiently, and Sam even went out of his way to find a cheaper supplier for the part!
Excellent service, quality work, very professional, competitive pricing and goes the extra mile. Would highly recommend them.
