Air Conditioning Repair

My air conditioner stop working on the long weekend. Sam was able to come on the holiday and help me out. Capacitor was changed but unit was still not working and he figured the fan motor needed to be replaced as well. Came by the next day with the new part but realized all that was needed was a new circuit board that blew. One word about Sam...Honest! He could've went ahead and charged me for the fan motor (which I didn't need) but only charged me for the circuit board. If you're looking for an honest company with reasonable prices look no further.

Air conditioning capacitor

I called in the morning he said he might be able to make it today and he showed up at 3 p.m. notice the problem fixed it and was gone by 3:30 Sam is quite the gentleman and very efficient even played with my dog

AC Freezing

My outdoor AC unit had ice building up which caused my AC to constantly run without cooling down our home. I called Sam and he instructed me what to do and came over to fix my problem later that evening. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what had gone wrong and advise on the best course of action. Our AC was fixed inside of an hour and to be honest, it's working better than ever! Thanks Sam!

Air Conditioner Repair

Sam arrived 30 minutes after I spoke with him on the phone and he was able to quickly identify and fix the issue that was causing our a/c unit to malfunction. He found the problem, replaced the part, and walked me through everything he did along with some tips on prevention all in under 30 minutes. His explanation of the bill and warranty was extremely clear and concise. He provided excellent service and was extremely personable. I will absolutely use him next time I need to make an HVAC service call.

Capacitor issue on AC unit

Sam came to the house on short notice (called the night before and he was at my place by 11am the next day!) during a heat wave when my AC unit stopped working. He quickly resolved the issue with my capacitor and top up my refrigerant to make sure the system was running in perfect condition. All done with reasonable pricing as well. Thank you Sam!

Accommodated service request even though it was the busy “hot season”. Really appreciated explaining the issues and the info on what to expect in future. Sam provided several options and explained the pros and cons for each.
