Update:
They missed at least one vent 8 feet from the furnace that was almost plugged with debris.

great service, Grady was our technician and he was very professional and friendly, and did a great job protecting our house while he moved the tank in and out. The job was finished very fast and he did a great job explaining everything I needed to know.

One of their guys came to clean my dryer ducts but did not want to go on the roof so instead suctioned from inside the home.
This did not completely clear the duct, so I scheduled another appointment where they told me he would go onto the roof to clear the screen. While I was at work he came to my house and did the exact same thing from inside the home! Then afterwards he tried charging another $100 on top of what I already paid and even threatened my 70yr old mom with collections.
The third call the manager sided with the technician and simply said that it was clear because the technician said so, so they won’t be following up. All I wanted was the roof screen cleared. They agreed they would go onto the roof but did not fulfill that and they completely disregarded the technicians threatening behaviour. In my opinion this is terrible customer service and completely unprofessional. The work was not completed and they denied any refund.
DO NOT hire this company! They cannot guarantee the quality of their work and clearly put their customers last.

I replaced my old 50 gal water tank with a new 60 gal gas. Grady, the service technician did a great job: the water tank was installed really fast, the place remained clean. I really recommend this service and espessially Grady, the technician.

I’m very happy with Armondo and the EXCELLENT job he did with cleaning ducts. He should be training others with the job he does and Pleasant attitude.
I had this job done in 2019 and paid 145.77 and today 144.48 total 290.25 to finally get job done right. I have spoken to Brian and told him if this is the type of work ( last job) then I was not interested he said he would get Armondo sent to clean ducts and from what he showed me this is the people you need to KEEP to generate more happy customers.

We had all 3 pieces of upholstery cleaned and are extremely happy. The young gentleman who’s name is COLE did an excellent job. He called at least 15 minutes before arriving and was very polite and professional. Cole pointed out a few things to us and made recommendations. We were very pleased from start to finish with his work. Would highly recommend this young man. Left everything clean and orderly also.

This company has been amazing to deal with. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. Thanks Rachel. Enrico is an absolute miracle worker. He has cleaned 5 units for me. And let me tell you they’ve been bad. Enrico made them smell and look so good. He saved us the cost of replacing the carpets. I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend this service.

We are very disappointed with this company. We have used them in the past but the quality of their customer service has changed considerably. We booked a dryer vent cleaning two weeks ago. Apparently, the person we booked it with did not book it correctly and we didnt get out date, even though they sent us a confirmation for our appointment. Since we didnt get a reminder email or telephone call, we called the company on the morning of our appointment just to confirm their attendance. Apparently the person who did the booking didnt secure the date. The individual we were speaking with, Geraldine, was not very friendly when we tried to explain what happened to her and we told her when we booked it, it was to secure the coupon they were sent out. She indicated that she would need to speak with her manager to get it all straighten out, so we forwarded a copy of their confirmation email to her. We never heard back from them. That is extremely bad customer service and we will definitely not be using this company again or referring them to anyone we know.
