As I was leaving for work today, I tried to open my garage door and it did not work. Unfortunately my car was in the garage and I started to panic. Very pleasant and professional company to deal with. Within moments of expressing an interest via e-mail in having someone contact me to come look at my old, broken door opener, I had an appointment set up for the same day, and within two days (only because I wasn't available to be home the following day) I had my new garage door opener up and running.
