We were having problems with the opener on our 27 year old garage door. I assumed that we would need a new opener plus a new door.
The technician,Eric, said that we needed a new opener but assured us that the door was perfectly fine. The installation was completed the next day. Eric was prompt, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We are very impressed with the integrity of this company.
