I called around 4-5 companies regarding a problem I was having with my central vac. Marco was the only individual who didn't immediately insist I needed a new vacuum due to the age of my older unit. He diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution for a quick fix that would be cheaper than buying a new unit. Once he saw the unit and the issue, he advised me to keep the existing unit and make the repairs due to the quality of the existing machine I already had. He took the machine with him back to his shop and came back several days later with the fixed machine. Most of the other individuals I dealt with all recommended getting a new machine due to the age of my existing unit once they heard the symptoms. He was the only one to diagnose the issue correctly right off the bat and didn't push me into buying a new machine just due to the age of my existing unit.
