From the first call Nov 23, they were quick, and efficient in scheduling a visit to complete an estimate. On Nov 24, Anatoliy arrived as advised and was pleasant, knowledgeable, and thoroughly assessed the crack in the foundation, and was able to provide a comprehensive quote on the spot. I provided approval and the work Anatoliy scheduled the work to start on Nov 27 with his team Oleg and Basil arriving at 8am. They two both pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficiently worked to complete the job. By noon they had already completed the job and restored my yard back to the condition it was when they arrived. They provided a review and photos of the work they had completed. Oleg and Basil did an amazing job despite the fact the weather was cold. As a result of the excellent work by Oleg and Basil, I am protected from further damage to my home.

We had the entire outside perimeter of our bungalow's foundation waterproofed about 10 years ago by a highly rated contractor. Or so i thought. Still for the past year, after each rain, a section of the carpet in our basement would suffer significant soaking. We called Anatoli of RWC who advised us that the seepage occurred in a 19 foot section along the foundation. He dispatched two of his crew to perform the work. The job looks great and professionally done. This team has my recommendation.

I had a small amount of water appearing on my basement floor. After inspecting the leak, it was determined that my homes water table had risen. The weeping tile around my house had no exit point and the system was filling with water.

When I put down words like "good quality", "good value", "professional", "responsive" and "on time", I realize how hard it is nowadays to find a contractor who you can actually wholeheartedly say all these values are absolutely true. I recognize many things are outside of the contractors' control, which makes what Anatoliy and his team delivered especially remarkable. The price and timeline quoted were exactly what were delivered. The work quality was fantastic. My architect/structural engineer were both very impressed. You can tell they take pride in their work. The crew ended up having to make some changes to the work due to our miscommunication but they did it with no complaints. Anatoliy is super responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are well known by the City inspectors (based on casual conversation i had with an inspector months later). I found this company based on the reviews and i am so happy that I did.

Window had a crack, that became large enough for water to seep into the basement.
Anatoli was extremely helpful in explaining the difference between crack injection and extior waterproofing.

Had a new Sump Pump installed, with new catch basin and plastic pit. Discharge was brought through the wall, routed outside.
With the additional Battery Backup package - so the Pump is still functional when the power goes out.
