Mike from J&J Appliance is very knowledgeable and personable...our oven was acting up where only the Broil setting would come on regardless of which selection we would use...even if we chose bake or convection, still the broil came on and wouldn't stop at the temperature set...just kept getting hotter...
Mike was able to come out the same day I called, and within minutes was able to determine the root cause being the control board and pricing was fair so ordered the part, installed within very quick turnaround of a couple of days for part.
