Bathroom Design Build

This is the third time I have called this firm for work in our condo. When we purchased 6 years ago, the master bath was horrid, and the half-bath was an eyesore. We recently needed to revamp the master bath to accommodate mobility issues. He was able to find solutions quickly for our upgrade nightmare; and the trades he needed to bring in were equally wonderful. Paul is a true craftsman and I would not hesitate a moment in recommending him for any bathroom renovation. I absolutely love Paul.

I was really happy with the service I received from Paul at Bathroom Design Build. He was very responsive via email during my initial inquiries and was prompt in arranging a time for an in-person estimate to renovate the bathroom in our townhouse. What I really liked was the estimate was very close to the final amount paid. There were no surprises.

We were quoted 2 weeks for the work and it was finished on schedule. Paul and his team arrived on time each day and if there were any issues, he was very clear in communicating our options. We only have one bathroom and I knew that would be inconvenient, but Paul arranged it so we'd still have access to the toilet in the evenings, and we only had to spend one night away. He was even considerate of our neighbours who have a baby and tried to plan noisy work outside of nap time.

I couldn't imagine a renovation being stress-free but this was as close as you could get. I was able to continue to work and go about my day and not worry! The renovation was 3 months ago and we are still so happy with it.

Paul and his team did a full reno on our ensuite bathroom in less than two weeks. He came in on time and on budget and we are very happy with the quality of his work. He recommended useful products and features that we hadn't previously considered (e.g. LED mirror; low profile shower shelf) and we are glad he did. I've recommended them to several friends, one of whom hired them and are similarly satisfied.

He came highly recommended and then exceeded expectations. Great guidance and suggestions at outset. High quality workmanship. Very efficient work schedule. Super outcome!

Paul undertook a complete remodel of our main bathroom. He was professional and detail oriented. He listened to our needs, helped us optimize the space, and provided thoughtful design ideas. The completed bathroom is better than what we could have ever imagined.

We had both our bathrooms in our condo upgraded and made beautiful by Paul. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship is noticeable to the higher end fixtures we did choose. Paul works quickly and efficiently during the day and when the work day is over he cleaned up the area before he left each night.

Even with dealing with other contractors and some of our expectations living through the renovation zone, the enormous amount of patience and a wonderful, calming personality Paul had made him a pleasure to work with.

In the end, we have two amazing bathrooms way better than the builder-grade bathrooms our condo had before. When we are ready for a kitchen renovation (not for another couple of years), we'll be contacting Paul to take care of this too.

Another fantastic job from Paul! Having previously had 2 bathrooms renovated by Paul we asked him to help us with our 1988 family bathroom and powder/laundry room in our newly purchased townhouse. Both were completely demolished and transformed to updated rooms we actually want to use. In addition we extended the new floor tiles in the powder room all the way out the front door. Paul makes the whole job painless and his attention to detail and communication throughout is spot on. Thank you!

Paul redid our leaking and outdated en-suite shower. We couldn’t be happier with the design and high quality work. He always left the work area clean and was responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend and would hire again for future bathroom renovations.
