Best Way Heating

I had already used the services of Jafar at Best Way Heating for a gas bbq installation, and a gas stove. He is prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. I called him this morning to have him install a furnace for me and he told me to go with a furnace which they didn't carry because it was quieter and was more useful for my application. He basically put my interest ahead of his own. I was very impressed by his integrity and fairness. He is highly recommended.

Jafa was here a week ago, diagnosed why the gas fireplace sometimes went off by itself or failed to come on right away (needed a new switch
which he replaced,) and left my fireplaces looking like new., with the brass trim and glass doors gleaming and the flames burning higher.

Jafar is my go-to person and he wins my 100% trust. He has done some good work for replacing my fireplace and furnace before. They were big projects but this time, it is a tiny small project (could be a big if I have to replace it with a new tankless water heater). I told him I expected to reduce my maintenance cost in my tenant house. he spent almost 2 hrs in the house on Saturday and fixed it! I will have to pay CAD4500 otherwise. Very honest professional and as what I said, my go-to person as always.

Jafar was really great to deal with, service call was done quickly. Parts that needed to be replaced were under warranty, Jafar took care of everything, all I needed to pay for was the labor for 1.5 hrs, which was priced very reasonably. Thanks Jafar.

Best way was the second company I called to service my furnace.as the first tech from General Heating advised me I needed a new motor at a cost of $1600.00. I asked him to test the motor capacitor, he said he did and it was ok. He told me that the cost to repair furnace was more then half price of new one with current rebate and advised to replace furnace for around $4000.00 I called BEST WAY heating For second estimate on replacing furnace. Their tech JAFAR arrived early and suggested he should check the furnace to see if I really needed a new one after 10 minutes he advised me the same motor capacitor was the problem replaced and only $140 compared to $1600.00 great job JAFAR. Also his price for replacing motor if required was around $500.00. I will be recommending BEST WAY HEATING to family and friends as a knowledgeable friendly and mist important HONEST. Our 33 year old Lennox furnace was due for a thorough inspection and evaluation given its age. Jafar had serviced this furnace in the past and I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and quality of his work.
This time Moh came to perform the task. Moh arrived right at the agreed time and was Covid prepared.
I was extremenly impressed with Moh's knowledge . The work was completed on time and the advice he gave me regarding the expected remaining life of the furnace is valuable and very useful to me.

Our 30 year old furnace needed a seasonal cleaning and inspection. Moh arrived on schedule, was Covid careful, and is friendly and knowledgeable. While completing the work in good time, he also advised me about the Fortis rebate. The cost of the service was very reasonable. Originally called Best Way to repair my 40 yr old gas furnace. Jafar came the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. I asked about replacing the unit and without any pressure, gave very helpful tips about upcoming Fortis rebates, cost saving recommendations and provided quotes on the spot. He was quick to answer my emails late in the evening. His crew was back in a few days to install the new furnace. He even waived the original repair cost! Would recommend his services.
