Had shutters installed and the work was professionally/perfectly done. The attention to detail, craftsmanship and service cannot be matched.

3D's service and product selection greatly exceeded our expectations. Upon reaching out to 3D, they arranged for an at-home consultation within a few days. During the consultation we explained what we were looking for and the sales rep expertly made recommendations based the layout and design of our home. He helped us select a style and color that was timeless and would match with any furniture we use.

Once the order was placed and the blinds were prepared, an installer came by and completed the installation at what appeared to be lightning speed! He had installed blinds for the entire house in less than an hour, cleaned up, and packaged all the boxes.

We were very impressed with the service provided by 3D and would use them again when furnishing any future home.

The work was done very professionally. The installer was on time and completed the work quickly. I have since recommended 3D to anyone I know that requires the installation of blinds and drapes!

They are different from all the other furniture stores We found them friendly, knowledgeable and great value and the guy that owns it Mark such a gentleman. He did not have that salesman 'buy today or your lifes not worth living" attitude...and the up to date styles and selection were awesome

First and foremost I want to thank Sam the consultant for visiting my home and being patient as I had a lot of questions about my project. Sam suggested that shutters would be the best application for my windows and he was not wrong! They look amazing!!! The project was completed well before the provided timeline and the installer John was fast clean and more then helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Ordered 14 up/down blinds in August. 9 have broken. Tells you about the shoddiness of the product.

I phoned on November 6 to have the blinds removed and money refunded. It took an escalation team until December 24 to get my money refunded. It is now January 3, 2019 and the blinds are still here. Someone was supposed to contact me to arrange removal--so far no one has contacted me.

Shoddy product and lousy customer service.

Very professional, organized, effecient and convinent work. All members of the team were on the same page from the initial recommendation from the interior designer to the final installation crew.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean,consistent look through their home at a very reasonable cost.

The entire experience from start to finish was very positive. My sales consultant Trish was very informative, she took the time to explain option and marked great recommendations on what would best in our new home. When installation came we were so thrilled with the end result. I can’t remember our installers name but he was very friendly. He also took the time to explain the product and how to care for it. We are very pleased, thank you!
