Romaniuk Heating And Air Conditioning

Our air conditioner decided to pack it this summer. Seeing how our furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank were original with our house over 20 years ago we figured it was probably time to do a complete replacement of those systems. We knew wanted a Lennox product for our new furnace and air conditioner and since we like to support locally owned and operated businesses, Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning matched our requirements. Dave came by to do the estimate and gave an excellent explanation of our options and the costs involved. There was no sales pressure from Dave but since we had done prior research we were happy to hire Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning to do our equipment replacement without soliciting further estimates since we wanted the work done right rather than having it done the cheapest. The crew of Nolan, Kris and Jordan showed up on the day arranged to do the work. They were courteous, professional and did an excellent job on the installation, which was easily approved by the city inspector.

I needed a new furnace for a townhouse. I had gotten several companies out to quote but a few declined to quote because of the tight fit where the furnace sat. I was very impressed with the sales consultant (Brandie) who explained the various issues and how they would be able to solve them. The install went smooth as well (Nolan, Jordan) and city OK-ed everything. I would highly recommend Romaniuk.

The crew of Nolan and Jordan called and notified us that they would arrive in 30 minutes or so and arrived ontime, were friendly and introduced themselves. They laid floor runners, ran into a problem, found a solution and carried on in a very professional manner. They removed the garbage, cleaned up any mess that had been made during the installation. Nolan went through the operation of the new furnace and thermostat. The entire job was top notch and professional. Great crew and so happy with the new furnace!

The install was done by Nolan and Jordan. We were incredibly impressed with their work. It was a rainy day and the unit was placed in a spot we had used for garden. That means it was very muddy. N & J were incredibly careful to not track any mud into the house. The work was done cheerfully and efficiently. A modification to the original plan required making a hole in a basement bathroom ceiling. The hole was neatly cut to the smallest possible size and will be easy to repair. The final work was incredibly neat and precise. When they left, the utility room they worked in was cleaner than when they arrived! Nolan took me through the work in detail after they were done and was proud to show off the undisputed quality of his work. We recommend Romaniuk.

Was very impressed with the service right from the start. Nolan and Kris did a quick and clean installation of the a/c unit. They were very friendly and took the time to go over all the details and answer all our questions.
We had some troubles with our air conditioner in the first couple weeks and Romaniuk was prompt in scheduling someone to come out. They sent out Alex who was able to solve the problem and fix it within a reasonable time frame (it was not the a/c unit but a problem with our furnace).
Our neighbors ended up getting an a/c unit also and when Romaniuk was there they popped over to see if everything was working out for us. Amazing customer service!!!!

Nolan, Jordan and Darrien were very professional in providing the installation and set-up service for our new Lennox Furnace and A/C Unit. Their workmanship was thorough and thoughtful to the extent of placing the vents on the less used side of the house versus our patio. They were careful in navigating through our home and cleaned their work area, completely. I will certainly recommend Romaniuk to other for their quality and care of workmanship. I should also note, that their Electrician Contractor Jordy MacDonald, Owner at Prestige Electric was very expedient to arrive on short notice to make the electrical connection.

A long unused gas line in the basement, which had previously been used for a gas clothes dryer needed to be capped off near the ceiling and out of the way. Alex removed the existing cap and removed the excess gas line. He used the existing gas shut off valve and the cap repositioning them out of the way near the ceiling. He explained his plan, was methodical in his work and completed the job using existing pieces. He was personable and competent. In addition, he cleaned up the area before completing the invoice. I would recommend his workmanship.

Nolan and Kris did a great job installing my AC. They arrived on time, are very professional and knew what they were doing. Well done and keep up the great work!

The sales consultant took the time to size the appropriate AC unit for our home specifications and explained everything in detail without pushing any aggressive sales pitches. AC installers and electricians arrived on time as scheduled, were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and performed their work with a much appreciated and obvious emphasis on quality and perfection. At the end of the day we received an excellent Lennox Air Conditioning unit for a decent deal (backed by Costco), great product consultation advice, high quality installation services and a very pleasant end-to-end customer experience. I would definitely recommend Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning to my close friends and family without hesitation.

Great customer service from the start with Dave B. Didn't try & sell us the biggest most expensive AC unit, was very transparent and knowledgeable. Nolan and Kris were our installers, they showed up at the exact timed promised and they were excellent, both extremely professional. Looked after all the little details and explained how everything worked. Very happy with the whole process. Would recommend Romanuik to anyone!
