I too was ripped off by Appliance Repairman in Hamilton
The repairman did not fix or change anything
he said the oven would heat up and left before it reached temp which it did not
I phoned customer service and asked them to sent the servoice rep back as he was only 5 min gone but they were no help
do not spend a cent with these people the service rep was Igor
