I found Robert through Google and am more than pleased with the recommendation. Robert is punctual, pleasant and efficient. He cleaned a very blocked dryer duct in a very short time and left no mess. I have already passed his name on to friends.

Rob stopped by my house in New Westminster to inspect why my drying time was much longer than usual. He checked out the vent and unclogged the unbelievable amount of lint within it! Rob is a great, informative guy whom I recommend to all in the market for a dryer vent cleaning.

Robert visited my house today in Surrey to clean the dryer ducts. They were jammed with lint! He put his special vacuum and brush through the ducts and then measured the airflow after. He also replaced my old, broken plastic venting with new aluminum venting, and vacuumed out the dryer as well! He showed up right on time, was very friendly. I definitely felt comfortable with him in my home. I will recommend him to people I know.

Robert arrived on time and got the ducts cleaned quickly and efficiently. The dryers is located in the centre of the house so the ductwork is quite long. I have used Robert for many years.

What struck me most about Rob from Freeflo was his "can do" attitude, both over the phone and in person. I made it very clear that although we just needed a basic dryer vent cleaning, our job would be tricky, with the dryer installed in a very small cupboard, and venting somewhere unknown on tall, 3 storey duplex's pitched roof. He assured me that was no problem on the phone, and offered a very reasonable quote ($110).

He arrived on time, and immediately set to work figuring out how to solve the problems. He managed to get the job done, safely and effectively, in a very short time. His charge was as quoted and our house and yard was left as clean as before he arrived.

As a side note, our next door neighbours recently used a competitor who charged $140 for a similar job, and the contractor left a mess of dryer lint in our yard. Freeflo were clearly superior.

I chose Rob based off his past referrals and was not at all disappointed with my decision. He helped me with improvements I can implement for future safety and better dryer production. Our dryer takes much longer time to dry up the clothes. By reviewing Homestars website, I contacted a few companies on Friday afternoon. Robert from Freeflo was able to come on Monday afternoon to clean the dryer vent for us. we live in a half duplex, on the same appointment, he also cleaned my neighbour's dryer vent too and gave us a deal. Robert is very efficient and professional.
